Poe, man and writer, has always interested me. He was our first popular poet, inventor of the short story, science fiction, horror stories, and a few other things as well. But what was he like as a person? Not very nice I learned when I researched his life. And how, I wondered, would he be when caught up with a young person? This tale tells what I think might have happened.
